These shoes were an online purchase. Not only did they take a while to arrive, they arrived in an unmarked shoebox with no lid, no wrapping tissue, just the shoes themselves thrown into half a box that was not a Sketchers box. The shoes were obviously worn and returned by another customer. The heels were noticeably dusty and the inside of one shoe was slightly soiled. There was a small thread hanging from the back of one of the shoes, stitching had become undone. The shipped from address listed on the shipment package said DSW Return Center. I paid the full listed price for these shoes. I did not pay for used shoes. DSW sends used shoes to their customers when ordered online. This is not the first time this happened to me, this is the third. Three strikes and your out DSW. Not worth the hassle as a paying customer. Apparently DSW does not like their customers as they try to pawn off their used returned goods on their paying customers. Bye bye DSW.

A welcome addition to warmer weather needs when sandals won't do. Stylish narrower toe doesn't pinch and tread is good. Neutral colors make for an easy and comfortable reach.

These seemed comfortable when I tried them on in the store but the first time I wore them I found them uncomfortable.

This pair of shoes was delivered in A crushed box, and the bottoms of both shoes show wear and tear beyond just trying on in the store... they are dirty on the toe exterior like my previous pair which I have been wearing. I also cannot stand that I can see a definite intention of someone else's foot in the interior. I will be returning.

These shoes are so cute and comfortable. Gave them to my grandma and she loves them she was surprised that they were sketchers. She has bunions and her feet get really swollen and she loves them.
