Not exactly hands free

I'm only giving this shoe a 3 star rating because a day after I adjusted the laces to my comfort and fit level, I tried to slip into them hands free as advertised. It didn't happen, the back began to collapse and I ended up needing to use a shoehorn. The tongue needed adjustment as well since it slipped down into the shoe as I struggled to get them on and I had to bend down to pull it out. Not sure I'm going to keep these.

You Know What You’re Getting

I love Skechers because you always know what you’re getting. There’s no bad surprises and these are no different. Nice cushion, good fit, comfortable. They’re maybe a little bulky looking but I’ll manage:-)

Poor Customer Service

The shoe is probably fine; I’m not a fan of DSW cancelling an online order with no notice, no stated rationale, no qualms about processing payment before verifying it could be fulfilled, and no attempt at outreach or rectification.

I Would Recommend Them

I don’t old give them a 5 star rating except they are a little high under my ankles.. a personal thing.. but they are SUPER comfy. I work with children, so comfy is important! I would definitely recommend them for comfort, arch support and they are cute.
