I have a size 5 small women’s foot. These run true to size. The straps are not too tight, but tight enough they keep my foot down.
I have only ever purchased authentic havanas before, and am a little unsure the longevity of these guys, but willing to take the chance. Great for the walking short distances (as I am 37 and taking care of my feet better now to not walk more than that in the inappropriate shoe).
Do not buy from Amazon. Most buyers do not receive authentic

I bought these a couple months ago and I am so glad I did. They are super comfortable and give support like other flip flops don’t. They are just so easy to slip on and go. Very basic but classic flip flops.

Comfy and Supportive!

Sanuk Yoga Joy II Flip Flops have been my go-to flip flops for years. I use them year round as slippers, to go to the gym, and for casual dressing. They cradle my feet with their comfy yoga mat bottoms, and support my high instep. I am a 6.5 and always order a 7. There's a little extra room at the front and back, but I prefer that. LOVE LOVE these flip flops for their comfort and support. You will too.
