Shipped Wrong Size
Ordered a size 10. Was sent size 10 and 11, 2 different sizes. Returned them to the store. I ordered another pair because these shoes are comfortable. Order was correct. I will start going in the store to purchase so that I can see what I'm purchasing. I will not order on line anymore To many shipment issues.

Changed Too Many Things; Returning
I’ve been buying these flip flops for about 10 years and love them. Like 2-3 pairs each summer love them. Last year the inside of the strap was rougher. I don’t remember how I overcame it, but I have a pair from last summer so I guess they broke in? I just bought a new pair and on top of being even rougher on the inside, the part between your toes is no longer fabric. It’s the same material as the strap, which means is uncomfortable and stiff. I’m incredibly disappointed and will be returning them.

Doesn't hurt your toes
I am a size 6 and they are true to size. Super comfortable. The little piece of material between your toes does not hurt at all if you are sensitive to that. Which I am. The lower straps on your foot make it feel very secure on.

So comfortable!
These are the best! This is my second pair and they are so comfortable. I wear these for the entire trip at Disney for a week every time I go (besides rain- I also got the water ones). Love them!

Comfy!
My new favorite flips. True to size and super comfortable for long periods of time. Stylish with the hint of green tag. Wish it wasn’t so expensive, but overall 4 stars.

Comfortable sandals but not for the whole day
I like the color and the material; they feel soft comfortable to use but not for the whole day. When I use them the whole day, they start to become flat and my feet start to hurt, hurt like if I need more arch support.

Good Quaiity
I wanted a simple flip flop, but did not want to buy it from a dollar store. This suited my purpose. I wanted to carry it in my suitcase when I did an overnight business travel at a hotel. I don’t intend to walk long distances, just to restaurant, pool and in room.

Never Got Shoe
I ordered the black flip flop and promised it was being delivered on a certain date. I never got the shoe and was charged for it. I went into the store and got a refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve had trouble with ordering online. I won’t be ordering online anymore. DSW needs more products in the store.

Best, Most Comfortable Flip Flops

Buy another pair of flip flops
Very upset for the amount of money spent on a basic flip flop which I bought in March the strap is already coming apart for the flip flop. waste of money and when I saw they had a warranty I thought well I can at least get another pair but process would take up to 3 weeks and I have to pay for shipping???

My Favorite Flip Flop
Every summer I buy two pairs of these in black I love these flip flops! Not only are they extremely comfortable they last, they can get wet they don’t stretch. I buy one pair for the beach and one to wear out. They run true to size not wide literally meant for my foot I m a size 7 1/2 - 8 and I buy a size 8 and they fit perfectly!!
