Beautiful, but uncomfortable

Let me start by saying that this is a GORGEOUS shoe. Perfect looking patent nude pump to go with every outfit. But there are two negatives to point out. They have a synthetic, not leather, upper. And secondly, while I love a good high heel and wear them often, this one just has too high of a pitch. Not comfortable at all if you actually have to walk anywhere in them. Sadly, these beauties went back.

Comfortable but Poor Durability

I bought this a little over four months ago and was initially very pleased. The shoes were comfortable, and the heel height was perfect for work. However, not even five months in, they’ve already started to fall apart. The sole came completely off while I was walking — it was embarrassing to say the least. While the design and comfort were great, the durability was disappointing. I think I may have received a defective pair, which is why I'm giving it an average rating.

Used and defective

Just aweful quality. I was looking forward to wearing these shoes, however, they arrived used with defects, marks, dirt and an abrasion.
How can you even sell items in such condition? Very disappointed. Also, the fit was very loose.
