The Anatomical footbed provides arch and heel support while the lightweight ACTIVfoam™ EVA provides soft cushioning and external support shank for midfoot stability.

Too big

They run way too big. I wear a 12 in women's so I purchased a 12. Way too big and with no option to return im out of money on these shoes.

These look like they would be supportive. They DO NOT have adequate arch support for slightly high arches and they DO NOT pass the taco test. It is easy to fold them in half like a taco, which means they give no support to prevent further development of osteoarthritis in toe joints. Teachers and medical professionals on your feet for years beware! In order to make them 'safe' to not promote arthritis I have to add carbon fiber inserts. They seem roomy enough for this though.
The Ryka Podflows I have pass the tests, if you're looking for great support..

Perfect right out of the box

First of all, these shoes are really attractive. I've worn them for the past 3 days an have already gotten several compliments. They felt great right out of the box, no break-in time needed. The toe area has plenty of room; I have beginning bunions and need plenty of toe space, which these shoes provide. They do run a tad big, which is easily remedied by tightening the laces. All in all, great shoes!

Not good fit for long, narrow feet.

Too wide in touch box. Now have calluses on foot pad. Heel box also too wide. Need to make shoes for women with long narrow feet. Have to wear 2 sets of socks and added an insert for high arch. A feeture brand with arch and heel support and a thicker sock for cushioning.
