Surprised Ryka did so poorly
The tongue is too short. The laces are too short. The heel is to wide. Good arch support and I like the navy color.

Comfortable but soles wore out quickly
The shoe itself is comfortable but the soles wore out in 5 months. I like Ryka walking shoes, but it seems that something has changed in the materials they are using. I walk everyday and most of my Rykas lasted a year until the last 3 pairs, which have worn out/developed holes in the soles in 6 months or less. That includes a pair of trail shoes that tend to be more rugged than walking shoes. Nothing has changed in terms of the distance I walk each day or the surfaces I walk on. I'll be looking for another brand as I have to buy a new pair of shoes now.

Cheaply made
I just received these sneakers yesterday. Had to order online because the store seems to not carry sneakers like they used to. I tried on one shoe and couldn’t believe how cheaply made it is! The tongue is narrow and barely holding on when you lift it. . It is so low around the ankle that it has no support whatsoever. Very uncomfortable all around. Plus I ordered the solid black with white soles and I received black and pink specs everywhere! I’m very disappointed with this order. I ordered a pair in the gardenia color in early spring and they are perfectly well made. So now I have to return these. According to some reviews it seems that Ryka is slacking on quality of their sneakers. That’s a big disappointment.

Very disappointing
These shoes are very disappointing. I usually get the Ryka Devotion models, but thought I would try another style, since they were on sale. The soles are not soft and springy like I expected. I added a soft insole on top of the one that came with the shoe, to make then wearable. If there was a store closer to me, I would return them.

Super comfortable
I purchased these a few weeks ago and have been wearing them on my daily walks. They are very comfortable, supportive, and have plenty of room in the toe area. They have quickly become my favorite pair of tennis shoes.

Comfortable Walking Shoe
This is my second purchase of Ryka women’s walking shoes. I needed a shoe with a wider toe area, and this style fits me perfectly. I also found it in the navy blue color that I prefer over black.

Ryka Skylift
I just received my Ryka shoes and I really like them. I take size 7.5 and have problems with my feet. They have a little wide toe area and these so seem to be really comfortable. I have only worn them a couple of times indoors to break them in.

Stylish And Look Good With Jeans
I went by other reviews and bought my normal size, wish I would have sized up because when walking, my toes are up against the front because the rise at back of shoe causes my foot to slide forward. They are fine if I am going somewhere that I mostly will walk a bit and then sit but for a busy day on my feet, they are not comfortable for long before my toes hurt. I kept them because I do think they are cute and I like having a navy athletic shoe for some of my tops with jeans. I don’t think they are a good walking shoe (at least for my old feet, that are cranky).

Nice Looking Athletic Shoe
At first wear right out of the box, I was very pleased. At the end of the day, my toes were feeling sore because the heal area is a bit lifted and send my feet forward in the shoe. So, I had to add some inserts to help with this. Most likely should have sized up for extra length but I like how they look with my dark blue clothes, so kept them and the sale made them a good price. Well made and attractive on my foot.

Only brand I buy
Ryan fit my wide foot. 9W always fits no matter style. Removable liner so it can be washed. The slip-on variety, I throw right into the washing machine. Great colir and style choices.

Had to return
These weren't very comfortable for me. My right foot felt like I was stepping on something inside the shoe maybe wasn't positioned correctly or maybe there shoes just weren't right for my foot. I have had problems in the past with that foot and it seemed to bring back the problem. Also I have had that same problem with the Devotion X shoe. I have worn Ryka for years since I have a wide feet and they offer wide sizes but I haven't had luck with their shoes for a year or more now. Not sure if they have changed something or if they just aren't right for me anymore.

These Are Amazing Shoes
I’m a RN at a busy hospital and an avid theme park fan - these are the only shoes I’ll wear! They’re comfortable out of the box and I can run 10+ miles a day in these. I seriously own 25 pair at this point and have no qualms about it. They hold up so well. Will continue to buy.
