Ryka Podflow EZ Training Shoe - Women's

I love the way these shoes look, but unfortunately they were not as comfortable as I had hoped. The elastic laces are too tight and make the shoe really hard to put on. I feel kind of claustrophobic when I can’t get my shoes off easily. My feet are not wide, but they do tend to swell a little if I’m standing for a long time, making these unbearable. I wish there was a way to loosen the elastic, but it isn’t long enough. The difference between this shoe and the Podflow 2 Walking Sneaker is that this one has a higher cuff at the ankle and it has elastic laces. Also, the “tongue” part of the shoe goes all the way down to the insole, which is nice.

These shoes are very comfortable, and I like how they look. However, they send me a used pair as evidenced by how dirty the bottoms were. I ordered 2 pairs to see which ones I liked better for an upcoming trip. I just went on to return them, and I'm past my return date which is really frustrating since I've only had them for a few weeks.

I have another pair of these in ivory that are more comfortable. for some reason the top of the inner side digs into the top part of my foot. On the white pair - this edge was covered by the meeting of the tongue and the back of the shoe (hard to explain) - so it was a minor shift in how it was put together - but it really impacted comfort. I decided to wear, but not everyday or it starts to hurt at that location. Great arch support!

I have feet that are difficult to fit - extremely high instep. These are very comfortable.

Very comfortable shoe with suffient support. I wish they were a little more structured.

This is my go to walking shoe. Very comfortable and has a lot of support. I am thinking of ordering another pair in a different color.

I am pleased with my new sneakers. The only thing I didn’t like was the elastic shoe laces. It made putting the shoes on a little difficult and they’re a bit snug initially at the front if ankle. It got a little better after about a week of wear. I would have preferred regular lacing. However, the support, cushion and width (wide) were perfect. No break in period, other than the front of ankle and forefoot tightness.

The white pod flow I give 5 stars the black pod flow I give 2 stars. I'm Ordered 3 different types of black shoes From ryka and all of them run narrow. I always order them in wide because I have to get a wide. But the black shoes are too narrow they are not wide even though they say so.
