Beauty, comfort and stability

Once again I ordered a pair of Ryka shoes because they were so darn pretty! But the real beauty is in the fit and comfort. No break in time needed. I love them! My only complaint about Ryka is that they keep making gorgeous shoes that fit so well that I can't resist buying more!

Great walking shoe

These are comfortable right out of the box. Put them on and did a 2 mile walk. Toe bed is roomy, heals do not slide. True to size. Plenty of grip on the sole. Very pleased with both style and variation of colors.

While I haven't had a chance to really try these out, my first impression is that they are very well made and attractive, as well as comfy. There is plenty of toe room and cushioning and the color will lend itself to various seasons.

Sole is hard/no cushioning!

These shoes at least have the older Ryka profile - wide toe, heel not sloppy, comfortable heel counter (not too rigid or high). But the foam is so hard they hurt my feet. I wore the Devotion Plus 5 for 2 years now, and they are so cushioned and soft on the soles of my feet. I have not found any other Ryka shoe that is soft like that and keeps the 'real' Ryka shape. So many of Ryka's shoes now have a very generic shape. Super frustrated that they quit making the Devotion Plus 5.
