Ryka Dash 3 Walking Shoe - Women's

These shoes are really comfortable. Most of the athletic shoes on the market today have really thick soles - especially in the heel area , but those kind of shoes make my toes smash into the front of the shoe. These shoes have a lower “heel”, and I can fit my arch support insole in them. So far I really like them.

I ordered 1/2 size down, and they fit perfectly. So light and comfortable. I prefer the lower stacked heel for exercise walking. These are true medium width - not too snug or loose. The dark gray and pink are snazzy!

I work 12 hour shifts in these with no feet pain! Must haves!

Good support throughout the shoe and along the heel. I always order a 1/2 size up so I can fit my arch support in.

I've been buying these Dash 3 walking sneakers for many years and always keep 1 or 2 spare pairs as back ups. I wear a 10 wide due to bunions, and these are super comfortable as soon as I put them on. I walk 3-5 miles on 4-5 days each week. I wear a very thin insert (equate brand or odor eater) to provide a little extra cushion. My main concern with these shoes is that the soles seem to wear out in less time than some others I have worn. But since I am always able to get them for a good price on sale and they are super comfy for me, they are well worth it! Due to just needing the wide width because of my bunions, there seems to be a little excess fabric on the sides around the middle of my feet. Overall, I do love these shoes!

Best shoes I ever had. I would love a new pair, but my size is not available. Mine are about 5 years old and they are still my most comfortable pair of shoes!! I wish you could gift me a pair of black/pink ones in size 8.5 medium!!
