Sold by “vendor” not DSW. Good luck

Do not buy. I purchased these boots online and have still not received them. They are shipped by a mysterious “vendor” who failed to add my apartment number on the shipping label. This vendor has placed restrictions on this product so you cannot update any shipping information. DSW’s support after many lengthy phone calls is also unable to change shipping information. Here’s the kicker.. DSW’s support team is also UNABLE TO CONTACT THE VENDOR. That’s their words. So, their solution was to send me a whole other pair of boots even though there was a pair sitting with FedEx 2 miles down the road from me. Sure enough the same thing happened with the second pair. Maybe you’ll get lucky and actually receive the product you bought but if you require the “vendor” to get involved you just wasted $130 like me.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great boots

I've had these for about 3 weeks now. This was a different boot than the past few Rockports that I've purchased. I think these are my favorite so far. I wear these to work everyday and they were comfortable from day one. These also seem to be a lot easier to keep clean. I'm hoping to get some long wear out of them.

I got these shoes to wear for rainy days, since it was waterproof and the appearance could still pass for business causal. It's very comfortable to wear and looks great!

We bought three different brands online since there weren't many wide shoes at the store. This was the only pair that was wide enough to not hurt his bunion.
Comfortable, well made, nice style and waterproof. Ordered 10 1/2 wide.

Comfy Boots

My sons pretty hard on his shoes. Even a great pair of boots lasts him around six months. He’s gone through 3 pairs of these boots over the past two years. They are a great fit and As long as these boots are made he’ll wear them.
