NOT brand new sneakers :-(

The sneaker style & fit are awesome. I received a battered, torn box with worn sneakers. These are not brand new. The box is tattered & torn. You could possibly blame that on shipping. The sneakers both have creases on the top, the sides the bottoms are dirty like they have been outside, beyond being tried on in the store; the side of one foot also has visible stains indicating they were worn. Even if these were discounted sneakers, which they were NOT, worn shoes at full retail price is unacceptable.
