Really cute shoes. Size was perfect. Maybe it's me, but the bottoms hurt my feet and I could feel the "air bubbles" even after I took the shoes off and had only worn them for about 10 minutes. I really wanted to love these and be able to end my search for for new walking shoes, but these were not it. Sadly returned.

The perfect travel shoe, but now it squeaks

I bought these to wear on a trip to Japan for the 20k+ per day steps for two weeks. These held up beautifully and were very comfortable. I was so happy with these shoes for so long. But just recently (about 8 months and a lot of miles later) i noticed they started to squeak significantly. I came to the comments to see if others had this issue and I noticed at least one other person mention it. It's not so bad on carpet but now everyone in the lab knows I'm walking through the building because of the significant squeak on tile or hardwood surfaces. It makes me feel a bit self conscious. I'm torn because I loved how this shoe kept me comfortable with all the walking but not sure if I would get another pair with the wear time being so quick. Everything else about the shoe is still in great condition.
