Wrong shoes

I received these and they substituted a 8 1/2 mens for my size 10 women’s. They don’t even look the same. They are too big. That’s just sad.

Weird toe area shape

The front top of the shoe is pointy it's not rounded shape like a sneaker usually looks. It narrows at the toe area. Weird looking.
