Incorrect Address!!!!

I don't know how this happened but my order was shipped separately times 3. I received one item but the others don't have the correct address according to FedEx so my orders were not delivered. Now I’ve been on hold for a DSW rep to correct the address because FedEx is not allowed to correct the address. Ive been on hold for more than 30 minutes!!

Sizing is Way Off

I ordered these in the black. I loved the aesthetics, but I was so disappointed because I ordered my regular size and they were a size too big. I returned them once for a smaller size and they were still too big. I decided not to try a third time. Not only did I miss out on a pair of shoes but I lost $20 worth of rewards because DSW won’t refund the rewards. I’ve gotten the runaround both in the store, through customer service on the phone and email. I’m done Ring online. Unless I can try it on in store I just won’t purchase them

Real Leather

I ordered this because it was almost the same style I had purchased previously. I like the fact that it is leather. It fits true to size and is very comfortable. The old pair lasted about 3 years and I hope these will do the same. I ordered the white sneaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They're comfortable and attractive. I 've already owned one pair of them in white two black pairs of the high-tops and loved them.
A tiny gripe: one shoe is a little shinier than the other, but I hope black polish will even them up. No one else would notice this anyway.

Sporty-looking shoe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Snug fit, which I like, because I have a narrow foot. I ordered a size 8. The shoe seems a little long for a size 8, but I'm keeping it. Otherwise, I'd give it 5 stars. A sporty-looking shoe, with the grey upper and gum sole.
