Not brown, but Yellow

This was a very comfortable boot and I'm disappointed that I won't be keeping it. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering because the boot is a yellow tone, which is very different from the DSW picture, but there is a review picture that show the yellow color.
No, I do not recommend this product.

very comfortable boot, nice leather,not too stiff, LOVE the molded sole!!! no toe pinching or squeezing! comfort in every step! runs true to size. Why suffer in painful boots when you can have pure comfort! I LOVE this brand!

wide enough toe box, no painful pointy toe

This brown color is very pretty, not cheap looking. It's a good looking leather bootie 9 2E -- XW for my wide foot. I wear a 9 wide usually, but all brands fit different. This one is not too big in the heel. It's not slick on the bottoms and has a nice tread so I don't feel like it'd be slippery. I am wearing a thinner weight mid calf hiking sock, and the boot doesn't feel too snug in the toe box. My podiatrist said not to get pointy toes shoes. I don't like them because I have one chronic ingrown toenail I have to treat. Many shoes hurt my wide feet. The zippered ankle feels fine with my mid calf sock. It doesn't make my foot look big even tho I wear a size 9. This looks so good with jeans. I was so pleased that I just bought another pair in the same brown color. I wish I these came in navy.

Love my new boots!
The width is just right, extra wide, and no problems getting them on.
They are just what I hoped for! After trying on at least 20 boots, all wide and extra wide, these are it, no pain when walking around in them and the LOOK GREAT!!

Cute but a big NOPE for noise!

Straight out of the box I loved these boots. BUT... when I walked in them, the zipper pulls (2 on each boot) knocked into the shaft, causing an annoying dingle-dangle noise. Nope.
