Defective shoes in a beat up box

Would give 0 stars if possible. The the holes on the straps of these shoes were not punched correctly. They were uneven and one side had 3 inches of strap with no holes. Was also boxed like they came from the last sale pile.

My daughter is 6 feet tall and needed some shoes to go with her ball gown. This have the "bling" as she says. They are also very comfy.
