Heels Coming Unglued

Purchased 4/24/23, one month later after normal use to and from home to work, heel rubber strip on both shoes are failing. DSW chat says to try to work it out with a store manager to determine if it is a defect or wear and tear, bottom line…great shoes as long as you don’t walk with them on.

Haven't had much opportunity to wear them yet but seem comfortable. The toe box is a hair narrow in my opinion even though I bought the wide width. Color and style is nice, casual and good for the spring/summer evening out.
