Don't hold up very well, at least not for my boys. I bought two pairs -both had the toe piece coming apart from the shoe in about a month.

You get what you pay for …
My son loves these. We got them right after school started because his last pair were too small already (he had those about 5 months, but most of that was summer and he didn’t wear them almost daily like he has his second pair) and they’ve already completely fallen apart. The pieces on the heel are hanging off. The toe area is worn out with pieces of fabric? plastic? hanging off. They’re inexpensive and he loves them. You get what you pay for and we paid less than $40. I’ll buy them again because he loves them, but I wish they lasted longer.

My son, who is 3, wore these shoes for 4 hours and they started falling apart. The toe area on the end rubbed off. The colors on the pictures of the characters started cracking and coming off. DSW has a strict no return policy on worn shoes and they wouldn’t do anything to help. Bad product and DSW wouldn’t do anything about it.

Darker Than They Appear
I’m not disappointed in the colour at all. They are more navy than royal blue, as pictured. When photographed, they seem the same colour as the photo, but in real life… they are darker. They light up well and are fairly light instead of super heavy like most lighted shoes. My 5yr old absolutely loves them!

Disneyland Experience
Well I took my 2 grandsons to DSW to pick out a new pair of sneakers for our trip to the magic kingdom. They both were adamant about getting a pair of these character sneakers so I purchased them. Half way through the first day at the park they said the shoes were hurting their feet. I checked to make sure their toes were where they should be for a good fit and they were the correct size. The next day they both had to stop several times and remove their shoes to rest their feet. All in all I would not recommend these shoes for any long term use.

Cute but not durable enough for a 3yr old
The tip of the shoes by the toes started to come apart the first day! By 28 days hole in the front! Because they’re for toddlers I’d expect them to be a lil stronger especially cause my son loves the look! Then I found a pair almost exactly the same look from same company for $19 at TJMax prob should be $15
