Disappointed

I received my shoes today and they are used. I wouldn’t mind had I known that is what I was ordering. There’s scuffs at the toe and the strap is worn. Because it has a snake skin texture, the worn areas are more prevalent. The shoe also runs big. I am a 9 1/2 and only size up if it’s a pointy toe shoe. But I was scared to size down.
No, I do not recommend this product.
