Worn/ Damaged Shoes

I brought this shoe two weeks ago. The shipment was fast. This is a beautiful pair of shoes BUT the condition that the shoes were in when I received them is UNACCEPTABLE! They looked like they had been worn, scuff marks on both shoes (underneath and on top). The packaging was torn and there was NO protective paper or anything around the shoes, also one of the shoes was still buckled up! Beautiful pair of shoes but I returned them.

The style of this sandal is so trendy, especially the "seashell" heel. I purchased the red/black/white sandal which would provide a nice pop of color. So far it is comfortable because the band that crosses your foot is wide (forgiving any slight deformities you may at your big toe, such as curved or a real bunion). The block heel is not too high, making them easy to walk in while providing nice style.
