    Beautiful shoes, but they arrived with defects!!

    These shoes are beautiful… but they're delicate, and I had the bad luck of receiving them damaged right on the front! It was very difficult to contact customer service; they offered me a new pair, but I decided to keep the damaged ones because I need them for the next few days. I asked for a discount or something like that, but they refused, even though I tried contacting them immediately. I received the shoes!

    No, I do not recommend this product.
