Heel runs wide

I bought this shoe because other reviews said it was very comfortable and ran as expected to slightly narrow. I find many shoes run wider these days so narrow excited me. The shoe is very stylish. It upgrades the look of sneakers, but I found it somewhat comfortable. The footbed was cushioned, however toe area felt tight. My toes crammed together like I was wearing pointed toe shoes. However being that shoe is constructed from stretchy material, this issue could self resolve. Additionally, the heel slipped off with every step. I even tried putting inserts into the shoe but heel was still too wide. It’s a shame. They are super cute on, but I’ll need to return

Bought this pair about a month ago. Looks really chic but it did get uncomfortable for me maybe about 4 hours in. But not terribly so.
