DEMAGE/WORN SHOES

I ORDERED THESE SHOES IN BLACK NEW NOT A CLEARANCE ITEM, NEITHER DID I PURCHASE A USED PAIR. DSW SHIPPED ME A USED DEMAGED, WORNED PAIR EVEN AFTER I PAID FULL PRICE. NOW, THEY ARE GIVEN ME SO MUCH INCONVENIECE UP RETURNING AND HONORING MY REQUEST FOR A NEW UNWORN/USED PAIR OF NEW SHOES. THIS IS NOT ONLY THE 1ST, 2ND, NEITHER 3RD TIME THIS MESS HAVE ACCURED, BUT THIS HAS BEEN GOING LATELY, 4 TO 5 PASS ORDERS. SO UNETHICAL FOR THEM TO PROCESS USED/DEMAGE MERCHANDISE AND SHIP TO CUSTOMER, WHO ORDER NEW ITEMS.

Stylish slingbacks

This is a stylish slingback with a fun gold/black heel. I bought it to wear to a wedding, but I'm not sure how comfortable it will be for dancing. The toe box is pretty stiff and it's not leather, so I don't think it will loosen up a little. I hope my feet aren't hurting at the end of the wedding!

These shoes are very classy and well made. I gave three stars because they are very wide causing them to be uncomfortable. Glad I walked around the house in them before going out. I’m going to have to return them.

I had them on literally for five minutes wasn’t even out of my closet and the leather strap broke in half!! bringing these puppies back. Very disappointing.
