Great boots; terrible delivery

Arrived in bad shape. The boots seem nice, but they arrived in a clearance box without a lid, which means the boots got pretty beat up during shipping. Shipping also took FOREVER, and what a let down to receive damaged boots after waiting for so long. The color is a nice dark brown (not chocolate) and the boots are flattering. No zipper, which could make it tricky to prevent skinny jeans/pants from bunching at the knee. The shaft is a good height for me, even at 5'4" with short legs.

I had to size up 1/2 size, they run small. Got dark brown, tan, and black. Colors came as pictured. I get so many compliments on these. Heel height is perfect and they’re comfortable to wear walking round.

The style is cute but the quality and color for the dark brown is very different than expected. I have the mistake of making too many purchases online and then being disappointed when shoes arrive. Please try these in store before you buy. Color online vs in person is very different
