Received Worn Shoes in Damaged Box

I’m disappointed with this purchase. While the shoes are comfortable, the experience was far from satisfactory. The box arrived damaged, and the shoes looked worn, even though I paid for a brand-new pair. It feels like I received an opened-box item instead of what was advertised. For the price, I expected much better.
