I just received my order (#21066421207) and am disappointed to find a second hand pair of used black Nike slides in the very broken box. I notified customer service immediately, sending photos, and stated I was fine to keep them as I just had surgery and really needed them but would like a partial refund. Lewis from customer service essentially said No, that I could just return them for new. I explained I wasn’t in a position at that point to perform a return. So now I’ve paid full price for used shoes. A $10 refund would have saved this. Denial of charge is next.

Cushy comfortable slide
Love these sandals. This is my third pair. They are extremely comfortable and fit perfectly. The only negative would be they do wear out quickly because they have a very soft sole. They are fairly priced so you can replace them as needed. My most comfortable sandal!

I have a narrow foot so on their own they’re a little big but they’re nice when I have socks on and am running out to throw trash away or indoor house shoes.

These are the comfiest slides I have. I originally purchased a lavender color in size 10, but I made those house shoes because they were too big. I got the size 9 black which fit me perfect. So I would say they run a little big. They're so squishy and I can wear all day.

Such a comfortable every day sandal
