Cute but not comfortable
These shoes are so cute and I often get compliments on them. However, they are not comfortable as the side of my big toe often rubs and my heels hurt after a while. I did put in insoles.

Shoes experience

Nice shoes but material is suspect. It has a grey color scrub that can’t be removed. Actually when trying to clean it, it shows even more.
No, I do not recommend this product.

WRONG SIZE
Ordered this pair of shoes 4 times and received the wrong size 3 of those times, never got the shoes the other time. I reached out to customer service multiple times hoping to get the issue resolved but even after being assured this rarely happens and I would get the correct shoe, I definitely did not. Clearly there is something wrong with the website or their inventory and I will never be buying from DSW again.

Sent me a MENS size 8... for the SECOND TIME
a year ago
This review isn't about the shoes - I love these shoes, which is why I'm ordering a third pair.
I don't really understand what's happening here. The website clearly shows womens/mens side by side sizing. Something is happening in the warehouse where they're missing information or something, but I'm getting really annoyed I have to make a second trip to return them, or pay to return them. Ridiculous.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Sent me a MENS size 7

Don't order online. I thought all the reviews about them sending a MENS size instead of WOMENS were maybe a fluke. Here I am, instead having to drive 2 hrs to return or pay $8 because of their mistake. Ugh. How could they not correct this after so many people having the same issue?
