I didn’t care for these shoes. They were not like the typical new balance shoes I have bought from Dsw. They were really stiff and uncomfortable. I had to return them. The return went really well. I appreciate Dsw‘s customer service.

Shame on me for thinking that because I’ve ordered from DSW before, that my package would arrive with care like before. Box top cut off, shoes look like they are the pair EVERYONE has tried on, and bottom of the box busted up. So this is the kinda of care you give because it was bought on sale?
