    I wanted to love these boots

    These boots look beautiful, and it is hard to find anything in this rich dark brown. I want so much to love them, but I'm not going to be able to keep them because of the poor fit. I usually wear size 8 and opted for the 8W when I read that Naturalizer can run a bit narrow. The width across the foot was great. From toe to heel was a little long, but I could have lived with it if the rest of the boot weren't so loose. Unfortunately, when I walked around the room in these, I felt like a kid playing in her dad's shoes. The ankles were so wide that my heel would slip up into the ankle shaft every time I lifted my foot. The gap at the opening around my leg (and I have pretty full calves) is so large that I could pull the boots off without even unzipping them. If they were in-store near me so that I could try on more sizes, maybe a size down would be better, but it took so long for these to arrive that I don't want to spend months shipping boots back and forth trying to find the perfect fit...

    No, I do not recommend this product.

    I think the fit is a little large. The color is a bit lighter than it looks online. They feel awkward to walk in. I have similar boots in another brand that are comfortable to walk so I don’t know why these feel so off.

    I had huge feet and shoes almost never fit me. These are sooooo comfy so cute. I walked 4 miles in these the first day i bought them and I didn’t even have to break them in. These are worth the price.
