hard pass, returning

Didn’t even try on the second shoe. I assumed “synthetic upper” meant the material was a synthetic imitation leather, but it’s a weird gummy plastic. I ordered the wide and it was still very slender, especially in the toe. There appears to be some attempt at arch support visually, but not enough to actually touch your arch. Bad all around.
