Holes after 3 months

Heel of both shoes got a hole in them after 3 months of wearing. Reached out to the company with pictures and never got a response.

These are my most favorite sneakers and I have bought quite a few pairs over the years. I love a bright white sneaker and they are so comfortable. Please keep making these Naturalizer and especially in narrow!

Not a good fit, hurt my foot

I bought these sneakers as I had several others and are super comfortable. But these even though I have tried several times are very uncomfortable around my toe area, in fact not only do they hurt my large toe my toe goes numb with them and I can’t use them.
Wanted to return them but can’t.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The shoes are very versatile. You advertised them as an extra-wide toe bed, however, this is why you only received 4 stars. This is not the case. The shoe is stiff. I was hoping for a little more room than there is currently. I am keeping the shoe, I just need to make some adjustments like wearing thin socks. Please make shoes with wider toe beds. Also, you send too many emails trying to have me spend more money. 😕.
