I was disappointed. Did NOT like the upper finish. I've bought two of these shoes before and like the leather finish, plus the neutral color. This shoe SAYS leather upper, but it doesn't look like it. I thought it was synthetic, and the color is TOO pink.

It is a nice texture and black color. I take a narrow size, so I think for the most part it fits my narrow size foot. I would have to walk in it more (then I couldn't return if it doesn't hold up) t make sure it hold tight enough at my heel. It is the style I wanted, and I have gotten this style in the past and it fit well.

These shoes are super comfortable, a beautiful color (sort of gold), and a great accent to a casual outfit. Funny story. When these shoes arrived, I immediately took them out of the box and tried them on. I couldn't believe how stiff and tight they were. I thought, this is not normal! Upon closer inspection, I had left the cardboard inside the shoes! Took those out and it's like floating on air!

The Marianne slip on I purchased a year ago had a higher wedge. It is not the same shoe. I am keeping it but disappointed the Marianne name was used but it’s not the same product

I'm on my third pair of Mariannes. They have taken me to Europe, Asia, and Africa in comfort. I wore my last pair until they were worn out, and they were still comfortable!
