The shoe is comfortable but the zipper is broken so it makes my foot feel loose when walking

semi great, not good enough

fit around the foot was fine, until my feet swelled a little from the moisture. They hurt my feet on top, above the arch, it was too tight. My previous Nat boots were great but they aren't waterproof. These would be wonderful, but there are no laces to loosen the tightness around the arch. But the foot fit great.

I got these in a 7.5 wide. Super comfy right out of the box - and I rarely wear a heel any more. But I could really dress this boot up. Wear thicker socks at first as it chafes a bit around the top front of the ankle until it breaks in.

These were a bit taller than I expected -- should have paid attention to the specs a little closer. They are a bit stiff in the front ankle so I wore thick socks for my first wear to prevent the leather from digging into my skin. I believe they will break in fine but I haven't worn them again yet. Hopefully they won't dig in and ruin the tights when I wear tights with them in the future.
**One thing to note is I feel I have slightly wide feet but the majority of my shoes aren't wide. I'm so glad I got these in wide because I was shocked how tight they felt even in wide width. There's no way these would have worked in regular width.

these fit GREAT! Just sad there's not a fully black design. The brown stripe on the sold makes it look a tad less professional in my opinion
