Beautiful color. Poor design

I purchased this item in the winter time. Love the picture when I received it. I also love the deep Brown color, however, I didn't like how the calf area was ill- fitting and gaps by the ankles. I wanted to love the boot but decided to return it.

I ordered this boot in Brown. I have worn them once, thus far..They were comfortable...I didn't do a lot of walking, just out to dinner and home..

Perfect boot

It’s not leather, so it’s too soon to speak to how long it will last. It feels like pretty good quality, though. The standard width foot and wide calf is so perfect! And it looks great! I’ll be wearing these a lot for fall and winter.

Too big and stiff.

Unfortunately, I have to send back my boots. They are beautiful, but too big. The boot doesn’t feel right, the boot is super stiff. I want to exchange for a smaller size, hopefully the next ones won’t be as stiff in the front.

Super cute, but calf runs big

I originally ordered the wide calf version, as I have a 15.5 inch calf. The wide calf was comically wide! We're talking I had an extra 3 inches of fabric. I exchanged them in store for a regular calf, that while snug, does not hurt and looks a million times better. If your calf is in-between the regular and wide calf, it might be better to do the regular.

Great Options for wide calves

I lost the heel of the boot the second day I wore them. Other than that, they fit my calves and I didn’t even order the widest option. Make sure to measure and order accordingly. I normally wear a 9-1/2 and I ordered the 10 and am glad I did!

My first pair of Neutralizer's and they are truly a comfortable pair of boots with a nice chunky heel. I have a 12 hour day and no complaints from my feet at the end.
