Soles peeling

The bottom sole is peeling away and I’ve only worn them twice. It’s like some rubber substance on the bottom of the shoe and it’s literally crumbling away.

This is not a true red, it's like a pink red.

The 12 wide fit perfect, my feet don’t feel tight at all considering it a pointy shoe. I would buy again or recommend the item for others to purchase
