Need tighter straps

I really wanted to love these - they were going to be my wedding shoes! - but the slingback straps are way too loose, and I couldn't size down because then the toe area would be too small.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Heel Strap is loose

Just had it delivered yesterday and the strap is too loose, keeps falling down so I'll have to return them, so bummed they are beautiful but not practical.

I NEVER go out of my way to leave reviews on anything. These shoes are outstanding right out of the box! Wore for 6.5 hours in a celebration of life fashion show for Pink Aid. SO comfortable!

These are the most aesthetically pleasing sandals I’ve ever owned. But I haven’t worn them because the heel strap feels so loose that it feels as though my sandals will fall off and I’ll lose them. Can anything be done?
