I have narrow feet and these fit perfectly, though I wouldn't say these are comfortable to wear for more than 2 hours.

Too Tall and Chunky for me
I purchased these in the clear/beige color because I wanted a pair of clear heels. When they arrived, I found the heel to be too tall for my personal style and the heel to be too chunky. I can't speak on comfort as I returned.
