Comfortable but heavy

The shoes were too loose in the heel. My ankle didn't line up with the back of the shoe, so it was a bit awkward to walk in them. If they came in wide sizes, I would have gotten a half-size smaller. This would have made it easier to walk. They were pretty comfortable but heavy.

I clearly received a pair that had been returned. They were, quite literally, thrown into a shipping bag with the cover of the shoe box not even on. No tags on the shoes, sticker was clearly ripped off one of the footbeds. The shoes themselves are way too narrow, I don't think I have particularly wide feet but my toes are smushed into these and they hurt so bad. I have no choice but to return and I will question ordering online from DSW in the future.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I don’t have wide feet at all but these are for narrow feet. Good size but just way too narrow. Wish they fit but sending them back

They Arrived Dirty And Scuffed

This is not the first pair of shoes I get from DSW that is just thrown into a box and shipped. Ridiculous. I wanted to return them but now there is an 8.50 charge for mail/fedex return so by the time is set and done it s not even with returning.
I didn’t even try them on bc I had to clean them first and sanitize them. I worked in a show store before and this is not the way one ships shoes. Even if the demo pair on the floor, clean them, get a new white paper to wrap them and then ship them. I don’t even know if these shoes were not actually work in an indoor setting then returned. That s how bad they looked. No more buying from DSW. I d rather wait for sales from Nordstrom. Extremely disappointed. The shoes look cute and I ll see how they fit once they dry so I can try them on.
