Comfortable shoe but didn't hold up very long.

Bought these for our granddaughter in August (back to school). She loves them as they are cute and super comfortable. Though . . . I just bought another pair for her in October as the sole fell off from one of the shoes. Tried using super glue but that didn't last too long. We will see how long the second pair last.

They are to narrow and uncomfortable. I purchased a pair years ago that were a wider and round up front and I still have them. I wish you made the same model like the one I have at home.

Sole split after 6 weeks

After 6 weeks of normal, mostly indoor wear, the thick rubber sole on one boot completely cracked apart in two places, making it unwearable. I’ve worn this style of boot for years, I’ve never had them last less than a year or two. Store cashier said it was just normal wear and tear and wouldn’t consider it defective. I understand if DSW just has a strict no-returns policy on defective merchandise but do not appreciate being gaslit that it’s normal for a combat boot to break apart in less than 2 months so the cashier can save face for the company.
