Absolutely NOT!

I was so excited to order these silver knee-high boots from DSW after purchasing a wine colored pair prior to this, but the disappointment started before I even opened the package. As soon as I picked it up, I could clearly tell the shoe box had no top and was bent completely out of shape inside the shipping bag.
When I opened it, things only got worse. The bottoms of both boots were black and obviously worn, as well as the boots being wrinkled and bent up like someone had been wearing them. The outside of the boots had stains, and when I checked the inside, you could definitely tell someone had their feet in them before returning them.
DSW literally just grabbed a previously worn pair, tossed them into a damaged, topless box, and shipped it out without a second thought. These should have been taken out of circulation entirely, not sent to a paying customer.
Extremely disappointed.. I expected much better from DSW.

Bought these recently not expecting the highest quality for the price point. They were however more comfortable than I expected. Fit well and didn't hurt my toes even after a couple hours. They will probably soften up even more with wear. My husband thinks they are very sexy looking, and I get many compliments when I wear them. I have other shoes from this brand, and they are very nice in quality and fit. It is a great for the price.
