Came Ripped

The shoes are not only really tight to get into, but one of them came with the heel pull tab completely ripped.
When I order from somewhere, I expect the product to be as described and constructed with care. This was shipped with everyone involved knowing full well it was ripped and decided to send it anyway.
Will not be ordering from here again.

Finally received my boots after waiting for a month and a half…They’re beautiful and comfortable,but way too big! I ordered my usual 9.5 M,also are these really a women’s boot? What a disappointment,after so much waiting they must go back.
