I got these about a year and a half ago as a gift for my dad, he absolutely loved them! So much so I got him another pair this year to replace the last ones. Although the last ones are still in great shape, he will wear them as a secondary pair while he breaks in the new ones. He has issues with his feet and raves about how comfortable these are!

I seem to fall into the group that received a shortened size. I've been wearing the Minnetonka moccasins for a couple of years and decided to try the bootie slippers. The moccasins usually go on tight at first, but at the end of the first day will form to my foot, so I decided to keep these, thinking the same would happen. They haven't yet. The sole has a slight curl-up in front, and the top material slopes into the rubber sole in a way that presses on the toe. It could be that some of us got our slippers from a bad batch. I should have exchanged mine for the next size up right away, but waited too long. The shearling is very thick, so, that's good.

I love all my other Minnetonkas but I could not even uncurl my toes inside these. They were way too short. Stars for cute factor and for having authentic fleece, which is hard to find-- but golly. Back to the design board with these, please!

I love slippers and wear them at least half of the year which means I like to try different versions. I saw these Minnetonkas on the clearance rack and had to try them on. Well, they fit well and I liked the bottom material for going out on the porch and even walking to the mailbox. I also like the ability to turn down the cuff to adjust for temps and style. The one thing I'd like better is them being lighter in weight. They are a tad heavier than I like yet not enough to warrant dropping rating to a 4. For the price I paid on clearance and with my DSW perks, I am very happy with the purchase.

I have had more expensive brands of sheepskin booties but these are amazing! They are plush & cozy inside and durable and well made. I have hardwood and tile and they are just the ticket to keeping warm feet & ankles!
