Comfortable and Durable

I got these about a year and a half ago as a gift for my dad, he absolutely loved them! So much so I got him another pair this year to replace the last ones. Although the last ones are still in great shape, he will wear them as a secondary pair while he breaks in the new ones. He has issues with his feet and raves about how comfortable these are!

Smooshed toes

I seem to fall into the group that received a shortened size. I've been wearing the Minnetonka moccasins for a couple of years and decided to try the bootie slippers. The moccasins usually go on tight at first, but at the end of the first day will form to my foot, so I decided to keep these, thinking the same would happen. They haven't yet. The sole has a slight curl-up in front, and the top material slopes into the rubber sole in a way that presses on the toe. It could be that some of us got our slippers from a bad batch. I should have exchanged mine for the next size up right away, but waited too long. The shearling is very thick, so, that's good.

Runs very short

I love all my other Minnetonkas but I could not even uncurl my toes inside these. They were way too short. Stars for cute factor and for having authentic fleece, which is hard to find-- but golly. Back to the design board with these, please!
