I ordered these shoes on November 15 and received a shipping notification on November 17—but after that, there were no updates, no tracking number, and every time I clicked the original email, it simply redirected me to the DSW app with the same original information: your package has been shipped. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, my shoes didn’t arrive until December 1. When they finally showed up, I discovered another issue: I ordered the cognac pair, but the color I received was cashew. Thankfully, I love the shoe itself—I already own this style in dark brown, so I know they’re extremely comfortable, fit perfectly, and have the ideal heel height for work. My low rating is strictly because of DSW’s poor shipping process and the incorrect order. I’m keeping the pair I received because I can eventually style the color with something in my closet, but I still want the cognac pair, which means I have to risk another delayed delivery. Also worth noting: these shoes do scuff very easily, so you have to be mindful when wearing them outdoors. For that reason, I do think the material could be more durable or the price point adjusted. Shout out to Michael Kors for making a comfortable, affordable work shoe—but DSW definitely needs to tighten up their shipping and order accuracy.

I love these shoes. I wear moa days to work and so comfortable. The last pair i bought was in 2018 and just now replacing them. I had to just maintenance the heel tip as needed whic was about 3 times. I fluctuate between a 9.5 and 10. I get the 9.5 for the kitten heel and 10 for the taller version.
