Japan trip winner

I bought these back in February while searching for a sneaker flat to wear for my Japan trip in the end of May. I have been wearing them since then periodically and they grew on me more and more, now I’m in Japan and these shoes have walked MANY miles!
Im on week 2, and out of my friend group of 9 traveling, I’m one of the two without any blisters.
These shoes are cool, but still cute, and most importantly are supportive! I tore everything in my right foot a few years ago after a bad climbing fall so my ankle and Achilles still flair up with major hiking/walking. I may need to purchase the black!

beautiful, poorly made shoes

my favorite vintage merrell style. i was so excited about these shoes as i can no longer find my size in the old version. perfect silhouette, breathable, but unfortunately my pair ripped in the exact same spot as all of the reviews below…on both shoes. :( sad because i wore these very infrequently for city walking— didn’t even have the chance to properly take them outside as they’re intended for!

Strap does not work on my foot

I had been hoping to love these shoes I have been a long time fan of Merrell's comfort and fit. I bought this in two colors and sending both back. I agree the quality seems below par. I didin't expect the mesh sides to be so flimsy, but what did it for me is that the velcro strap is too long for my foot such that when I close the shoe their is no "velcro" where it needs to meet its match. I don't have a narrow foot, but for me the strap doesn't work. Not worth paying to get it fixed. Would love a better version of this shoe.

I have had these shoes for 2 weeks and I loved them , they are so cute EXCEPT they have already after light walking maybe on 4 outtings??!
