My grandson loves them for his landscaping business. Comfortable, dependable, and safe for his line of work.

My favorite Boot ever. This is my second pair! They are comfortable, drain well when I travel through wet areas, have great traction, and are lightweight. For me, these are the perfect boots.

The tongue of the left shoe is terribly uncomfortable. It feels like it was poorly sewn, and it makes it lumpy. If this is the standard to expect, I won't be buying Merrell does again.

For nearly 15 years, I have consistently chosen Merrell hiking shoes due to their exceptional reliability, precise fit, superior comfort, robust construction, reliable ankle support, and excellent traction. However, a recent experience with a new pair of Men's Moab 3 Mid Waterproof hiking boots, acquired just over a month ago, has raised significant concerns. On July 4th, while navigating a hazardous area, I narrowly avoided a serious fall when the heavy-duty laces of one Moab 3 Mid hiking boot became entangled with the eyelet of the other boot, resulting in the eyelet being torn out. The potential implications of such an incident in a more precarious environment, such as a cliff edge, are deeply troubling. This event has led me to reconsider future purchases from Merrell. It is imperative that the design of your hiking boots be re-evaluated to prevent such tripping hazards and cause real injuries.

I bought these to replace Merrell mid 2s that had a lot of years and miles and were wearing out. I was apprehensive because some reviews said they weren’t as comfortable as the old versions. I was very happy after wearing them a couple weeks they are just as comfortable. There was really no break in needed. Wore them around the house for a day and have done several 2-3 mile walks the last couple of weeks with no issues. I haven’t hit the trail yet for longer hikes but expect no issues. They are very comfortable and expect them to be as durable as my last pair. These are the best value for your money.

I've worn the Moab for years but mostly in the Gore-tex version. The vented version has little to no padding under foot, 2nd pair like this Ive bought, wore these less than one week and they are going on e-bay at half price... Meanwhile.. The MOAB Prime low is in another comfort category, but it's not available in a mid version. time for another shoe company...
