I biked in these about 400 miles over a week and they held up incredibly well through all types of weather. Stayed very dry and breatheable even in the rain. Perfect for walking around hiking, camping, and biking. I haven’t owned them long enough to tell if they’ll hold up but so far they show little to no signs of wear

Sturdy hikers that are comfortable out of the box. I have lost count of the number of Moab’s I have worn out!

Excellent shoes for hiking; comfortable and durable

I bought a pair of MOAB 3 hiking shoes in March of this year, and I have to tell you about them. I'm a novice hiker and bought the shoes for a hiking trip to Utah's Big 5 National Parks. I hiked about 5-10 miles every day for 10 days, and these shoes' performance was outstanding. I expected my feet to be sore and potentially a little blistered, but that was not the case. They felt great after each day. The shoes are a little heavy, but I got used to the feel pretty quickly. Combined with a pair of wool hiking socks, their performance was excellent.\ I'm not sure I will ever take on a more challenging 10 days; these shoes performance right out of the box was amazing.

I have been wearing Merrill since 2004 and love them. Except for one thing the shoelaces are atrocious they always come undone. I always replace them with lock laces.

Best choice during our trip to Iceland. Walked everywhere. Acrossed wet rocks, basalt fields and city streets.
