It was a nice water bottle and I had to return it because it was damaged on the bottom & was wobbly, I was afraid it would tip over. Ordered it online. The return process in the store wasn't great, manager was not nice. I had to call customer service once I was home & they mafe it right. They are always great!

This was a gift that arrived damaged. It was shipped in a bag instead of a box and the top was broken

I received a bottle that is not the same as in the picture. The bottle I received has such poor quality, otherwise I would have kept it. I had problem returning it in the store, as they said it’s a different item from the order!!! (Yes, that is why I need to return!) I called them on the phone for the option to return by mail, but they gave me a shipping label that charged me $8.50 for return shipping!!! Told me that if i wanted my $8.50 back, I should call them again after shipping the item. There is nothing that guarantees I can get that money back, and who wanted that much trouble to return an item that they shipped incorrectly?

Pretty cool bottle. Big enough for water or any beverage to keep you hydrated when you are working out or hiking. Nice style and color plus it comes with a straw. Perfect for the summer time camping in the woods.

My mom got this thermos, and so far she's really liked it. She says the handle is really convenient for holding it

I bought about 20 of these--yes 20--for pretty much everyone on my Christmas list. They all opened their gifts early and loved them! I saved one for myself and I really like it, but it's really big! It's great-looking and holds a lot!

Cheap handle. Within not even an hour bottom piece of handle came off. Got home to see if I can wash it, and the top part (so all of the handle) completely came off with no way to see how to put back on. Store was vary friendly with return process.

The package came crushed and the item was cracked. Disappointed in the way DSW packed the item. Also the straw was missing. Very disappointed.

Nice size cup that fits in the cup holder. I like the straw/fliptop options. It doesn't keep beverages cold as long as some of my other bottles or cups, though.
