Received An Item Not The Same As In Picture

I received a bottle that is not the same as in the picture. The bottle I received has such poor quality, otherwise I would have kept it. I had problem returning it in the store, as they said it’s a different item from the order!!! (Yes, that is why I need to return!) I called them on the phone for the option to return by mail, but they gave me a shipping label that charged me $8.50 for return shipping!!! Told me that if i wanted my $8.50 back, I should call them again after shipping the item. There is nothing that guarantees I can get that money back, and who wanted that much trouble to return an item that they shipped incorrectly?
