Shoes cracked, and no customer service

I purchased a pair of Marc Fisher pewter synthetic shoes and they spontaneously disintegrated in the box in my closet, with cracks and tears everywhere. When I contacted the company, they declined to accept that it was a quality issue and suggested I complain to Macy’s. Seriously???

This shoe is completely comfortable right out of the box and cute to the max. I got complements all day. I have the pewter/silver and it goes with everything. Love it !

It's a very cute style, except initially the back was biting my ankles. With some time, it stretched out on its own which was convenient (I wore bandaids just in case). Overall very cute and comfy now though, and I can walk quite a bit in them

These shoes are so cute! I get compliments every time I wear them. What’s even better is they are so comfortable. I work all day on my feet and I don’t have any blisters, sore back or sore feet. Love them!
