I purchased these because I wanted a kitten heel bootie. Absolutely love them. Dress them up or down. They run true to size and are super comfortable.
I would recommend spraying them with waterproof spray if you live in wet climate to preserve the suede.

Delivery took forever, which is unlike DSW. When they finally arrived, they looked worn, especially the soles. I returned them.

The suede boots are nice.....it was the packaging and the discoloration of the soles is why I only gave 2 stars....see photos

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE THEY WERE TO LARGE;
WHEN I CHECKED THE SIZE I NEEDED IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT THE BOOT WAS VERY NICE.
I DID HAVE A PROBLEM, WITH THE SHIPPING PACKAGING, IT LOOKED BAD! NOT THE OUTSIDE PLASTIC, THE BOX INSIDE THE WHITE PLASTIC!
I DID EXPRESS MY FEELINGS OVER THE PHONE
WITH ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS;
THE BOOTS ARRIVED IN A TORN UP WHITE BOX, LITERALLY THE SIDES OF THE
BOX WERE NOT SECURE, THE TOP HAD A LARGE
SQUARE CUT OUT OF IT??? NO TISSUE PAPER IN THE
BOX OR IN THE BOOTS??? THERE WAS SOME WHITE,
LOOKED LIKE FINELY SHREDDED CARD BOARD ALL OVER THE BLACK SUEDE BOOTS???? I ASSUMED IT

I BRUSHED OFF MOST OF THAT BEFORE RETURNING THEM. I PUT THEM IN A BLACK PLASTIC BAG NEATLY AND BACK IN THE BOX & WHITE SHIPPING PLASTIC THEY CAME IN BEFORE TAKING THEM TO FEDEX. THE GUY AT FEDEX CHECKED THEM, TOOK THEM OUT OF THE WHITE PLASTIC, I GUESS TO SEE IF THERE WERE BOOTS IN THE PACKAGE; THE BOX WAS FALLING APART AND HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO TAPE THE BOX FOR ME. I TOLD HIM I RECEIVED THEM THAT WAY. AS I
STATED I HAD PUT THEM IN A BLACK PLASTIC BAG
AND TIED IT, SO THE BOOTS WERE OKAY! I'M NOT SURE

Horrible Packaging And Shoes In Bad Shape

Ordered these instead of the expensive Veronica bears ones. Really like them but they were just thrown as is in a box that was in terrible shape and the suede on both shoes was scuffed. I just reordered another pair hoping they will come in more

I bought a black suede pair, so comfortable that I bought the dark brown suede. I normally take a 8 1/2 in a boot but in the Glory boot I had too get 7 1/2 the 8 & 8 1/2 was too big.
